This role involves performing application testing and quality control to ensure that products meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in formulation chemistry, specifically with urethanes, epoxies, or silicones, and will be adept at scaling up production processes and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities Develop chemical formulas for urethanes, epoxies, silicones, coatings, and other materials. Perform all application testing and quality control tests to ensure products meet customer specifications. Operate various application testing equipment such as universal testers, dispersers, viscometers, and durometers.
