Job Objective

To develop, optimize, and support cosmetic/Ayurvedic and OTC product formulations, ensuring stability, safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth scale-up from lab to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and optimize cosmetic/Ayurvedic formulations such as creams, gels, ointments, and OTC products.


Conduct pre-formulation studies based on literature review and ingredient compatibility.


Prepare lab-scale batches and perform confirmatory and stability studies.


Support product scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.


Ensure compliance with GMP, ingredient safety regulations, and labelling norms.
