Role Description

In Telepatia, everybody is building (writing code) and/or selling. This role is mainly building, with a lot of client-facing.

The value of a company is the sum of the problems it solves. This role is about solving problems.

What are FDEs?

• Embed with hospital operations. Sit next to nurses at triage. Shadow doctors in the ER. Understand workflows that no requirements document captures.
• Discover new use cases. You're in the field. You see what's broken before anyone else does. You turn those observations into product opportunities.
• Feed patterns back to product. What works at Client X that could work everywhere? What's a one-off vs. a platform feature? You make that call.

What FDEs are not?
