Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

At Decoda Health, we’re building the operating system for medical practices. Our platform automates the high-friction work - scheduling, payments, communications, and charting - so providers can focus on patients. We are looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer who is equal parts technical expert and customer advocate. You will be the bridge between our platform and the clinics we serve. Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery across multiple deployments, from first prototype to stable production.
• Drive Data Migrations: Build and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract information from legacy systems.
• Embed with Customer Teams: Understand their needs, remove blockers early, and guide the adoption of what you build.
