Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and efficient routing.
• Documentation Preparation: Prepare and process shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters to obtain quotes, track shipments, and resolve transportation issues.
• Customer Support: Assist in providing shipping status updates to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international and domestic shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws.
