FORWARDING EXECUTIVE (CUSTOMS DECLARATION)

• Perform customs forms declarations in an accurate and on time, compliant and meet with both Customs requirements and customer requirements.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in import/export documentation, including K1, K2, K3, ZB1, ZB2, ZB3, DG applications to Customs
• Responsible in handling and undertake all customs declaration procedures for import and export shipments and assist in resolving customs queries.
• Ensure tariff codes are declared correctly and clearance is done in a timely manner
• Handle shipping documents like Certificates of Origin, exemptions, and permits and liase with government bodies such as Maqis, Sirim, CIDB etc, if needed, for regulatory approvals
• Customer Service support for key customers
