We build wood-frame multi-unit residential across Nova Scotia (mostly within 90 minutes to HRM). We bring you in for foundations.

Spec translation: Review drawings, define exactly how the work should be executed. Plain language, demonstrable.

Crew briefing: Meet with the actual workers before they start, not the owner on the phone — the guys doing the pour. Show them what you expect and answer questions. No excuses later.
