We’re on a mission to create 10 million human firewalls! At revel8, we redefine cybersecurity training with hyper-realistic simulations that reflect today’s evolving attack landscape. Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi-channel attacks with gamified, real-time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.

Your mission

As a Founder’s Associate Intern you will work directly with the founders and our team on high-impact projects across all areas of the business giving you a holistic understanding of how a startup functions. 

How your day-to-day will look like: 

• Drive special Initiatives: Directly engage with the Founders and our team by taking ownership of ad-hoc projects, showcasing your adaptability and eagerness to explore new areas and handle urgent topics.
• Demonstrate your number skills: Support the development and maintenance of our financial model. Take ownership of financial tracking, support our accounting and contribute to investor communications by preparing materials and reports that highlight our performance and vision.
• Support Compliance & Data Protection: Learn and contribute to our efforts in ensuring compliance with key regulations such as GDPR. Help us maintain secure, compliant operations by supporting data protection initiatives and upholding high standards.
• Support Core Business Operations: Get hands-on with the operational heartbeat of an early-stage startup. You will assist across diverse business functions, including People & Culture, Events, and Marketing, helping to build the robust operational foundation required for scaling.
• Enhance Internal Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, implement effective tools, and support team coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Is it you we are looking for?

You are...

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• A true self-starter with a strong work ethic, you take initiative and can work independently to drive projects forward.
• A natural problem-solver and analytical thinker, you enjoy tackling complex challenges head-on, even when the going gets tough.
• Open-minded and curious, you're excited by new challenges and thrive in unfamiliar domains, always ready to learn.
• An AI-native who uses AI tools as an essential part of your daily workflow to maximize speed and creativity. You pair this with deep proficiency in "classic" tools (e.g. Google Sheets/Slides and Notion) to structure and present your work effectively.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus), enabling seamless communication within our international team, our clients and other stakeholders.

About us

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense against modern cyber threats.

Today, we are a team of around 25 ambitious individuals - and this is only the beginning of our revellion. We are currently based in Berlin and are preparing an exciting next chapter: in February 2026, we will open our brand-new office in Munich and move our entire team there. As we grow, we’re not just aiming to build a great product, we’re creating a place where revels can do their best work and grow along the way.
