Backed by industry experts and angel investors, we’ve raised our Pre-Seed round and are growing fast – now with you.

You won't be a cog in the machine. You’ll be the engine. As one of the first hires, you’ll work directly with our co-founders to shape a brand with the potential to redefine an entire market. What we offer is a greenfield opportunity – a chance to build something enduring, delightful, and impactful from the ground up.

Aufgaben

In a nutshell: You become the right hand of our co-founders for Sales & Marketing - learning how to build channels from scratch and running them hands-on.

• Be a strategic sparring partner: from ideation to implementation, you’ll help drive key initiatives across the company.


• Lead projects end-to-end in Sales & Marketing, like building and scaling new channels one-by-one (e.g., paid social, content, outbound, partnerships,… ) - from first tests to repeatable playbooks.


• Act as a brand architect: contribute to shaping a gifting experience and consumer brand unlike any other.


• Build AI-enabled processes and operations.


• Take creative ownership: from storytelling to visuals, your ideas and instincts matter here.


• Build the future of gifting using AI tools, design thinking, and raw curiosity.

Qualifikation

• Insane agency and ownership: you thrive in ambiguity and turn chaos into clarity.


• Creative confidence: you can write a script, sketch a campaign, and build a notion doc in the same hour.


• Affinity for aesthetics and design: you have an eye for what feels right and makes people smile.


• AI-savviness: from content creation to automation, you explore tools that give you superpowers.


• Experience in fast-paced environments (startups, agencies, or your own side hustle) is a big bonus – not a requirement.


• Fluency in German and English is a must.
