Founder's Associate

Peptobiotics is a Singapore-based biotech startup providing recombinant bioactive peptides for aquaculture and animal health, enhancing agricultural productivity while reducing harmful antibiotic use. We are looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the CEO on high-impact projects across commercial, operations, and growth. This role is paid and well-suited for interns or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to building a Series A stage startup. We are flexible on applicant background, work arrangements and role duration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pitch decks and materials for customer and partner meetings
• Support the CEO with contract preparation and review (NDAs, MoUs, customer/partner agreements)
• Hustle to secure meetings and follow-up with external stakeholders
• Build and develop contact databases
• Support hiring efforts, including sourcing leads, scheduling, etc
