As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work as a trusted partner to the founders, helping extend their impact through sharp execution and operational rigour. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on ownership, requiring you to move fluidly between high-level priorities and ground-level execution. In a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment, you will ensure momentum is maintained and nothing slows progress.

Key Responsibilities

Execution Ownership

• Lead and deliver multiple cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, including product pilots and go-to-market experiments.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and drive them to closure.

Operational Excellence

• Support founders in daily operations by maintaining strong operational cadence across meetings, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central connector between Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact timelines.

Problem Solving & Process Building

• Take ownership of ambiguous problem statements, research solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
• Document and standardise successful solutions by building scalable SOPs.

Talent & Culture Support

• Assist in strategic hiring efforts and support onboarding to set new team members up for success.
• Contribute to building a high-performance, execution-driven culture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with AI tools and their practical implementation.
• Prior experience in a Founder’s Office or similar strategic execution role.
• Founder or co-founder experience at any stage is a strong advantage.

• Project Velocity: Timely or early completion of strategic initiatives.
• Team Unblocking: Reduced dependency wait times across teams.
• Process Maturity: Successful implementation of SOPs that reduce founder involvement.
