Key responsibilities
Support the CEO in strategic planning, tracking key initiatives, and following up on decisions and action items.
Conduct business research, basic market/competition analysis, and prepare executive briefs and decision notes.
Assist in preparing and reviewing presentations, board decks, business proposals, and internal communication.
Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and key stakeholder interactions.
Participate in selected meetings, prepare MoMs, track progress on agreed actions, and ensure timely closures.
Support due diligence activities (financial, operational, people-related) by coordinating data, documentation, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
