Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, tracking key initiatives, and following up on decisions and action items.

  • Conduct business research, basic market/competition analysis, and prepare executive briefs and decision notes.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing presentations, board decks, business proposals, and internal communication.

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and key stakeholder interactions.

  • Participate in selected meetings, prepare MoMs, track progress on agreed actions, and ensure timely closures.

  • Support due diligence activities (financial, operational, people-related) by coordinating data, documentation, and follow-ups with internal teams and external partners.
