    Job Description

  • Manage accounting and financial operations across multiple entities, including books of accounts, closures, cash flows, MIS, budgets, and coordination with auditors.
  • Oversee the investment portfolio by maintaining records, tracking performance and asset allocation, supporting due diligence, and liaising with investment partners.
  • Handle taxation and compliance matters, including tax planning, statutory filings, regulatory documentation, and adherence to applicable governance standards.
  • Provide operational and administrative oversight by maintaining documentation, coordinating with advisors, strengthening processes and controls, and supporting estate and succession matters.
  • Support strategic decision‑making through financial modelling, investment analysis, risk assessment, and participation in periodic reviews with principals.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful candidate should have:

  • 4-8 years of experience working within a family office, investment office, or closely aligned finance and investment environment
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a Bachelor's degree (*mandatory*)
  • Strong accounting, financial reporting, and control fundamentals
  • Solid understanding of investment products across asset classes, including listed and alternative investments
  • High attention to detail, strong integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in data analysis, spreadsheets, and financial modelling
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and operate in a high‑trust, high‑ownership role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
