The Executive – Founder’s Office will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Managing Director, supporting enterprise-wide planning, execution, and decision-making across multiple business verticals.

This is a high-impact role for a business-focused professional who can convert leadership vision into structured execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure momentum on critical strategic priorities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Business Execution

  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to plan, review, and execute strategic initiatives across business units.
  • Translate leadership priorities into clear, actionable goals and execution roadmaps.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, expansion initiatives, and diversification strategies.
  • Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support long-term growth planning, market positioning, and strategic prioritization.

2. Executive Representation & Decision Support

  • Represent the Managing Director in internal reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic discussions as required.
  • Drive follow-through on decisions, action items, and ownership across teams.
  • Provide structured insights, analysis, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Take informed decisions on behalf of the Managing Director when required, ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across leadership, financial, and board-level matters.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership Coordination

  • Act as a strategic bridge between the Managing Director’s office and business/function heads.
  • Facilitate leadership reviews, prepare executive summaries, and track outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between central leadership and operational or regional teams.
  • Drive accountability and timely execution of high-priority initiatives across functions.

4. Business Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Support expansion into new markets, segments, and geographies.
  • Evaluate partnerships, alliances, and new business models.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Support feasibility studies, due diligence efforts, and strategic assessments.

5. Founder’s Office Governance & Operations

  • Manage leadership priorities to maximize focus on high-impact decisions.
  • Ensure structured documentation of meetings, decisions, and leadership directives.
  • Act as a custodian of accurate, timely, and consistent information flow.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • 6–14 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or Founder’s/CEO’s Office roles.
  • Strong business acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
