As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the founders to multiply their impact. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring you to move seamlessly between planning and operations. In a fast-paced, AI-driven environment, you will ensure momentum is maintained and execution never slows down.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Special Projects

• Own and drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, including product pilots, growth experiments, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.

Operational Excellence

• Support founders in day-to-day operations by maintaining strong operational cadence across meetings, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Ensure alignment, accountability, and execution discipline across teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and resolve dependencies to prevent delivery delays.

Problem Solving & Process Building

• Take ownership of ambiguous problems, research viable solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
• Document and standardise solutions by creating SOPs to enable scalability and reduce recurring founder involvement.

Talent & Culture Support

• Assist in strategic hiring initiatives and support onboarding to ensure new team members are set up for success.
• Contribute to building a high-performance, execution-focused culture.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and their real-world implementation.
• Prior experience working in a Founder’s Office or similar strategic role.
• Experience as a founder or co-founder at any stage is highly preferred.

• Project Velocity: Consistent on-time or early delivery of priority initiatives.
• Cross-Team Efficiency: Reduced dependency wait times and smoother collaboration.
• Process Maturity: Successful implementation of SOPs that minimise founder intervention.
