About the Role


The Founder’s Office is a high-impact leadership role that works closely with the founders on strategy formulation, execution excellence, and business scaling. This role is designed for individuals who can independently own complex business problems, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision. The role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and people management capabilities to translate vision into structured plans and consistent execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Business Planning

Partner with founders on annual and quarterly strategy, OKRs, and operating plans

Conduct detailed market sizing, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessments

Develop structured problem statements, strategic frameworks, and decision notes for leadership reviews
