Role Overview

  • We're looking for someone exceptional to join our Founder's Office and own growth experimentation from ideation to execution
  • You'll work directly with the founders to run rapid GTM experiments, build the systems to scale what works, and kill what doesn't - fast
  • This isn't a traditional growth role - you'll be equal parts strategist, analyst, and builderOne week you might be running A/B tests on Meta ads and analyzing conversion funnels
  • The next, you'll be building scraping pipelines to identify prospects across new data sources or automating cold email sequences with N8n workflows

What you'll do?

  • Design and execute growth experiments across every channel - paid acquisition, cold outbound, partnerships, new GTM motions
  • When something shows promise, build slightly scalable systems using no-code/low-code tools (N8n, Cursor, Loveable) and baseline coding to roll it out properly
  • When experiments don't work, kill them quickly and move onBecome our expert in data-driven growth by writing SQL queries to analyze customer behavior
  • Build dashboards to track experiment performanceIdentify new data sources for outbound and create scraping logic to extract prospect information at scale
  • Test cold email copy, landing page variations, ad creative, and new messaging angles - then use data to decide what scales

What we'r Looking for?

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in startups in analytics, product or growth
  • Strong bias toward action and experimentation - you don't wait for perfect, you ship, measure, and iterate
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and can prioritize ruthlessly when there are ten interesting experiments and time for three
  • Can code enough to be dangerous - you don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to:
  • -- Stitch together APIs
  • -- Write automation workflows in N8n
  • -- Use Cursor or Loveable to build MVPsDebug when things break
  • -- Write Python scripts or work with AI coding tools to build scrapers and data pipelines (bonus)
  • Deeply analytical - SQL is second nature to you
  • Can slice data multiple ways to find insights and build reports that actually drive decisions
  • Identify patterns others missThink in metrics and understand unit economics, conversion funnels, and LTV/CAC ratios
  • Understand B2B sales and marketing
  • Ideally you've worked in growth, demand gen, or sales at a startup before
You'll be working directly with founders a fast growing AI post-PMF startup and get a front row ticket to the fast pace. You will directly impact revenue and company direction. You'll learn an absurd amount very quickly - about AI, Data, GTM, SEO/AEO, B2B Sales, and building systems. Six months from now, you'll have shipped more experiments and built more things than most people do in years. If you're good, this role grows with you - as we scale, you could build and lead the entire growth team
