Founder’s Office – Program Manager (Tech/Product)

Anakin is building the real-time pricing intelligence layer for some of the most competitive industries (e-commerce, quick commerce, food delivery, ride-hailing, travel). We sell to enterprise customers globally — and we win by combining strong product thinking + sharp execution.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Office – Program Manager (Tech/Product) who can operate across Product + Engineering + GTM, and over time become a product SME who can take “idea → product → customer value” end-to-end.

This is not a strategy-only role. It’s an operator role.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

• Run high-priority product + GTM projects: pilots/PoCs, launches, onboarding, adoption programs
• Break ambiguity into clear scope, milestones, and outcomes
• Work closely with PM/Engineering to ship: PRDs, specs, workflows, acceptance criteria
• Join customer-facing calls with Sales/Revenue to support technical discovery & solutioning
• Build leverage with automation: scripts, tooling, dashboards, internal workflows
• Track execution via simple, no-BS metrics (pilot velocity, time-to-value, adoption, conversion)

Who you are

• 1–4 years experience in a fast-paced role (eng/program mgmt/solutions/product ops/founder’s office)
• Engineering background (you’ve coded before; you still enjoy tools + automation)
• Comfortable with APIs / scripts / data / dashboards (doesn’t have to be perfect — should be real)
• Structured, ownership-driven, and able to work across teams without needing constant direction
• Clear communicator — can speak to engineers and business stakeholders alike

Bonus: You’ve helped run a pilot, implemented something for customers, built internal tooling, or shipped cross-functional programs.
