About the role

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders in Finance and Strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to help shape how the company plans, measures, and scales.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, love working with data and numbers, and want to build a strong foundation in strategic FP&A while getting exposure to real business decisions, this role offers the perfect mix of ownership, learning, and visibility.

What you’ll do

• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across functions, working closely with the FP&A and leadership teams.

• Build and maintain financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for key initiatives.

• Track, analyse, and explain business performance: revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards, and performance review decks.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to understand performance drivers and identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support long-term planning and special projects.

• Help improve reporting processes, dashboards, and planning systems to make decision-making faster and more data-driven.

What makes you a good fit

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, strategy, audit, or similar analytical roles.

• Backgrounds such as Finance graduates, MBAs, CAs (or CA Inter), CFA candidates, engineers with analytics exposure, etc. are all welcome.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets;
  exposure to financial modelling is a plus.

• Ability to work with large datasets, structure ambiguous problems, and derive clear insights.

• Good communication skills and comfort working with multiple stakeholders.

• High ownership mindset, curiosity to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Salary and Location

Location: Bangalore
