Job Summary
This is a Founder’s Office role for someone who wants to build from zero, not optimize the obvious.
You’ll work directly with founders and senior leaders on execution-heavy, high-impact initiatives—spanning product launches, GTM experiments, internal systems, and cross-functional problem solving.
There is no fixed JD. The only constant is ownership.
Where You Can Create Impact
- Take new ideas from zero → execution, fast.
- Work closely as required with product and tech teams to ship clean, usable solutions.
- Run and manage small execution pods with clear outcomes.
- Help activate early GTM channels—outreach, pilots, experiments.
- Build lightweight systems and processes so things don’t break as we scale.
- Solve unstructured problems with limited data and high urgency.
- Act as an extension of the founders in driving priorities forward.
Requirements
Must-have Skills
- Strong bias toward execution and outcomes.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with minimal guidance.
- Ability to think clearly, break down problems, and move fast.
- Strong communication—written and verbal.
- Ownership mindset: you see problems, you fix them.
Good-to-have Skills
- Exposure to startups, founder’s office, consulting, or early-stage teams.
- Experience working with product, tech, or GTM teams.
- Ability to run small projects independently end-to-end.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, docs, and basic systems thinking.
