  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients in the US market.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to client requirements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Account Manager - US should have:

  • 4+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales with a track record of expansion/cross-sell in multi-entity accounts
  • Experience selling to the North American Market a must
  • Strong consultative selling: discovery, solution mapping, and negotiation with senior stakeholders
