Requirements
4-5 years of backend engineering experience, with 2+ year in agentic AI (e.g., autonomous agents, workflow orchestration).
Expertise in Node.js, Python, React, Pydantic, Langchain and Dev Ops tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus).
Proven ability to thrive independently in fast-paced, startup environments.
Leadership DNA: Passionate about mentoring and building teams.
Enthusiasm for AI-driven logistics and a “figure it out at all costs” mindset.
Bachelor’s/master's in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
