Alveos is the a wearable platform unlocking a novel signal of human health: the acoustic signature of breath. While the rest of the wearable market relies on indirect proxies (like HRV), alveos uses proprietary acoustic sensors and machine learning to measure respiratory mechanics directly and continuously.
Backed by Antler and preparing for a major global launch in Q1 2026, we are bridging the gap between consumer wellness and future medical monitoring. We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join our core team in Helsinki and build the data infrastructure that will power the world's largest acoustic respiratory dataset
The role
As our Founding Backend Engineer, you won't just be maintaining APIs; you will define the architecture for a completely new category of health data. You will own the end-to-end data flow—connecting our acoustic wearable firmware to our mobile app and cloud.
