$60K – $100K OTE

  • Meaningful performance-based upside
  • Full-time role, PST–EST time zones mandatory.

You will join as a
BDR focused on generating high-quality pipeline
by booking qualified meetings with ICP founders and executives.

Over time, top performers can grow into
owning larger parts of the revenue motion
, including deeper discovery, deal support, and eventually running full cycles.

You will work directly with the founder, help shape outbound strategy, and help build a repeatable pipeline engine from the ground up.

What You Will Do

  • Build and help scale the outbound motion
  • Create targeted account lists aligned to ICP across SaaS, fintech, and AI
  • Craft messaging, outreach sequences, and talk tracks for multi-channel outbound
  • Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels
