Founding Creative Director, Content Creation

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Creative Director who is equal parts strategist and creator. You'll own the entire creative loop: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, measuring, and iterating. This isn't a role where you direct from the sidelines. You're the one making the work.

Your mission is to build the creative engine that makes Jace instantly understandable, memorable, and trusted, then turn what works into repeatable systems that compound over time. You'll partner closely with our growth team to ensure every piece of creative is measured and iterated on, not just shipped and forgotten.
