Using an LLM-powered identity layer, we deliver daily personalised rituals that create intentional daily behaviour without feeds, content overload or optimisation pressure. Our long-term vision is to become the daily infrastructure for intentional living, addressing the growing disconnect between modern lifestyles and personal fulfilment.

Role Description

This is a Founding Engineer remote role and gives an opportunity to directly work with the CEO, CTO and the founding team. The Founding Engineer will work closely with the core team to design, develop and implement innovative solutions aligned with Noww Club’s mission. The role involves building and maintaining a robust technology stack, developing prototypes, optimising user experiences and contributing to the technical vision of the platform. Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of this role. This is an equity-only role (no cash salary until post-fundraise). We're seeking mission-aligned builders who believe in the vision and want meaningful ownership in the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming and development using languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Java,Python, React, Node.js and  Spring Boot  for scalable backend services
• AWS  proficiency: building and deploying scalable infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Experience with Front-End/Back-End development, database management and deployment systems
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and optimising user experiences
• Familiarity with AI technologies, algorithms and integration into app-based platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively within a startup environment and adapt to evolving challenges
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and coding skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
