We’re building the intelligence layer that powers modern brands—AI products that sit at the intersection of large language models, data, and real-world decision-making. These systems already support high-impact use cases for large consumer platforms, and the next phase is about building core infrastructure and product capabilities from the ground up.

This is a true founding engineer role. You’ll help define how systems are built, how products evolve, and how engineering standards take shape—working directly with the founders in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship production-grade, LLM-first AI products
  • Own systems end-to-end—from architecture and implementation to iteration and scaling
  • Collaborate closely with founders on product direction and technical decisions
  • Design scalable backend systems and user-facing features
  • Move quickly, experiment often, and continuously improve based on real usage
  • Take responsibility for quality, performance, and reliability

Who This Role Is For

  • Founding Engineers / Software Engineers / Full-Stack Developers
  • 1–3 years of experience (strong builders matter more than titles)
  • Hands-on experience with product companies, AI startups, or deep-tech projects
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and turning open-ended problems into shipped solutions
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with high ownership

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based systems
  • Open-source contributions or recognized technical programs (e.g., GSoC)
  • Meaningful side projects or previously shipped products
  • Genuine passion for building—engineers who enjoy coding beyond just the job
