Our mission is to empower homeowners to sell directly, without traditional real estate agents, while giving buyers access to homes they won't find elsewhere. This saves millions in commissions and unlocks an entirely new housing market.
We've already generated over 2,000 sell and buy interests for off-market homes not found elsewhere, and enabled more than 600 direct owner-buyer matches and conversations on our platform. Now, we're accelerating into the next phase: building Jaakko into a scalable, AI-powered alternative to the traditional real estate model, supporting both sellers and buyers throughout their entire journey, from activation to transaction.
