Pacho is kicking off 2026 with a new founding engineer role
You'll be joining a team of 4 helping property managers automate their short-term rental operations globally as our second founding engineer
Our stack:
Nodejs, React, React Native, PostgreSQL & AI, a lot of AI
What you might have done in the past:
Shipped code with burning passion. Thats all.
If you've worked with short-term rentals, proptech or within the hospitability domain, even better
Tech can be learned, but the one thing we care about is that you live and breath code and want to move fast without bureaucracy getting in the way.
Salary range: 3,000–5,000€ per month + equity/options
