The Role

As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Own and deliver entire features and projects end-to-end.
  • Ship optimizations and refactors to improve system performance.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
  • Build intuitive and delightful user experiences.
  • Work within real-time, low-latency constraints to develop high-performance applications.

    The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience with TypeScript + Next.js or a similar frontend framework.
  • Experience with Python and modern async patterns.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.
  • A startup mindset -willing to take ownership, iterate quickly, and adapt to uncertainty.
  • A founder's mentality -new ideas come naturally, and you take initiative to bring them to life.
