Jia is built by the team behind White Cloak Technologies, the company responsible for UnionBank Online, UnionDigital Bank, and Ayala Zing. The company is currently in its early growth stage, and we are looking for our first founding growth hires to help scale Jia across the Philippines and beyond.

As a Founding Growth Associate, you will play a key role in building Jia's commercial and investor presence from the ground up.
