About Alveos

Alveos is building a first-of-its-kind acoustic wearable for continuous breath and nervous system monitoring. We are moving from prototype to manufacturing scale in preparation for a major launch in early 2026. This role will own our entire manufacturing readiness and supply chain as we transition through EVT → DVT → PVT.

Role Overview

You will lead the end-to-end manufacturing function - from component sourcing to production quality, cost management, and certifications. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and suppliers to deliver a scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient hardware product.

Key Responsibilities

• Component Sourcing & Supply Chain:
  Source and qualify all major components (sensors, PCBs, magnets, enclosures, adhesives, batteries); build and manage a robust multi-vendor supply chain with clear cost and lead-time visibility.
