You may initially join while managing existing commitments, provided you:

- take ownership of mobile systems
- are ready to move full-time once execution ramps up
This is not a passive or side-project role.
Compensation
- Equity: Meaningful equity with 4-year vesting & 1-year cliff
- Fixed Compensation after operations starts and funding
