Kloth is building a fit-intelligent, feel-aware fashion shopping agent—a fundamentally new way to discover, understand, experience and buy clothes online.

- Former growth and revenue leader at OYO, Classplus, and Simpl. Among the strongest sales and GTM operators in India, with a track record of scaling early-stage businesses.
- Aditya Todi — Co-founder & CTO
- IIIT Hyderabad alumnus. Founding engineer across multiple startups. A savant-level coder with deep systems thinking and a rare ability to translate abstract ideas into robust, scalable software.
You’ll work closely with the founding team and have direct influence on product direction.
What You’ll Own
You’ll help shape the core Kloth experience—not polish screens at the end.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end consumer journeys: onboarding, discovery, evaluation, and checkout
- Defining how an AI/agent communicates—nudges, explanations, confidence-building moments
- Translating ambiguous product intent into clear flows, interaction models, and UI systems
- Designing for uncertainty, confidence calibration, and explainability (critical in agentic UX)
- Collaborating tightly with engineering to ship fast and iterate often
- Continuously refining designs based on real user behavior and feedback
What We’re Looking For
This is a thinking-heavy role, not a pixel-pushing one.
You should have:
- 1–2 years of experience designing consumer mobile products
- Strong fundamentals in UX, interaction design, and information hierarchy
- Curiosity and intuition around AI-driven or agentic products (copilots, assistants, recommendations)
- Ability to articulate why a design works—not just present it
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping problems from scratch
- A portfolio showing process, iteration, and decision-making, not just visuals
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with conversational or assistant-like interfaces
- Interest in fashion, commerce, or trust-sensitive products
- Motion design, micro-interactions, or prototyping experience
