About MagicProctor

MagicProctor is building a new trust layer for remote interviews and assessments in India. Our plug-and-play hardware kit captures a candidate’s real point-of-view during online interviews, creating credible evidence and deterring AI/phone-assisted cheating—without installing anything on the candidate’s laptop. We sell nationwide via shipping and operate at the intersection of hiring integrity, hardware, and growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a “job” in the traditional sense. It’s a founding revenue seat where you will directly influence what becomes our primary growth engine—B2B, B2C, or both. You will work closely with the founder from our Bhopal office, executing inside sales for B2B and performance marketing for B2C , and iterating quickly based on real market feedback.

What You’ll Own

You will drive revenue across two tracks (priorities will shift based on traction):

1) B2B Inside Sales (Pan-India)

  • Reach out to HR, Talent Acquisition, and L&D decision-makers.
  • Run discovery calls, deliver crisp demos, and close pilots or recurring usage.
  • Build and manage a simple CRM pipeline (HubSpot/Zoho/Sheets) and follow-ups.

2) B2C Growth via Performance Marketing

  • Run and optimize Meta/Google campaigns with small budgets first.
  • Test offers, landing messaging, creatives, and conversion funnels.
  • Track CAC, conversion rates, and scale what works.

3) Weekly Growth Rhythm

  • Report weekly outcomes (revenue, meetings, CAC, funnel drop-offs).
  • Convert insights into action: adjust scripts, offers, targeting, and messaging.
  • Move fast and keep the system clean—this role rewards operators.

Who This Is For

  • 1–3 years experience in inside sales, growth, or performance marketing (startup experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable doing both: calls + dashboards .
  • Hands-on ability to run Meta/Google Ads (not just theory).
  • Strong English communication; Hindi fluency preferred.
  • Willing to work in-office (Bhopal), but sell nationwide (no field visits).
  • Highly accountable, experimental mindset, and comfortable with measurable targets.

Upside and Compensation Philosophy

You’ll have a stable base, but the standout upside is in uncapped performance incentives tied directly to revenue impact. This is a high-upside, performance-linked role with uncapped commissions tied directly to revenue and growth outcomes. If you can consistently generate qualified demos, close deals, or drive profitable B2C conversions, your monthly earnings can scale meaningfully beyond the base.

High performers will also have a clear path to become a long-term Revenue/Growth lead as the company scales.
