Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with founders to turn product insights and usage data into high-conversion messaging and scalable outbound sequences.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach channels.
  • Research and personalize outreach at scale to target HR, Talent, People, IT, or technical buyers at mid-market firms.
  • Schedule high-intent demos and feed insights back to founders and AEs to influence GTM strategy.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure every lead is categorized, tracked, and followed up systematically.
  • Analyze pipeline data, track metrics, and report weekly on meetings set, show rates, opportunity conversion, and sourced ARR.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align content, signals, and campaigns with outbound outreach.
