We work with SMBs and mid-market enterprises across India, where deals are driven by problem clarity and execution , not brand marketing.

This is not a “leads will be given” role.

Role Overview

This is a pure outbound sales role .

You will:

  • Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market accounts in India
  • Run discovery calls directly with founders, CX heads, ops heads, and business owners
  • Sell without marketing support, inbound leads, or brand leverage
  • Own deals end-to-end — from first call to close to early expansion
  • Work closely with the founder and engineering team to shape real solutions

If you are used to demand gen teams, SDR handoffs, or polished enterprise enablement — this role is not for you .

What You Will Do
  • Build your own outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp)
  • Run first-principles discovery (not scripted demos)
  • Qualify use cases where Voice AI can drive real ROI
  • Close SMB and mid-enterprise deals independently
  • Handle objections around cost, trust, AI adoption, and change management
  • Maintain clean deal notes and revenue forecasts
  • Learn how AI, telephony, and LLMs are sold in real production environments
Who This Role Is For
