Founding Sales / Outbound Account Executive

Xtreme Gen Ai builds custom Voice AI agents that handle real business conversations — sales calls, renewals, support, feedback, and operations — at scale.

We work with SMBs and mid-market enterprises across India, where deals are driven by problem clarity and execution, not brand marketing.

This is not a “leads will be given” role.

This is a pure outbound sales role.

You will:

• Identify and prospect SMB and mid-market accounts in India
• Run discovery calls directly with founders, CX heads, ops heads, and business owners
• Sell without marketing support, inbound leads, or brand leverage
• Own deals end-to-end — from first call to close to early expansion
