Hopper is hiring its Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and scale the top of the funnel for our advertising business. This is a foundational role with high visibility and a direct impact on revenue growth.
You'll be responsible for prospecting new advertiser opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and partnering closely with Account Executives to book high-quality meetings. Beyond prospecting, you'll help define SDR best practices, tooling, messaging, and processes as the function scales.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a sales career while helping shape how an SDR organization is built from the ground up.
