Our AI-powered platform automates contracts, payroll, and compliance with Spanish labor regulations — making life easier for both companies and employees. We’re a fast‑growing startup backed by top investors, on a mission to disrupt a €5B+ industry that is still largely manual and outdated.

The role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a key player in shaping our software solutions, directly impacting the experience of our customers and their employees. You’ll take full ownership of new features (from architecture to deployment), work closely with Product and Founders, and help set best practices in a small, fast‑moving team.
