About ONVIU

ONVIU is an early-stage B2B platform for health, sports and wellness centers (360º centers).

We help centers not lose clients, not lose money, and not lose control, by centralizing data, tracking risk, and forcing clear operational decisions.

The product vision and UX are already defined.

What we need now is technical ownership of the core system.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Engineer / Lead Software Engineer to take responsibility for the technical foundation of ONVIU.

This is not a ticket-execution role.

This is a system ownership role.

You will:

Take ownership of the core architecture

Fix and stabilize data synchronization (wearables / external sources)

Ensure data correctness, consistency and reliability

Make technical decisions and set standards

Build a system that is boring, stable and trustworthy

What You'll Work On (Priority Order)

• Data synchronization & pipelines

Ingestion, normalization, storage

Consistency with source data

Logs, traceability and error handling

• Backend-first architecture

Business logic

State management

Reliability over features

• Foundation for scale

Clean, maintainable code

No hype, no shortcuts

This role is for someone who:

Has built real products in production

Is comfortable reading and refactoring existing code

Has worked with APIs, async systems or data-heavy products

Thinks in terms of systems, not just features

Is willing to take responsibility, not just tasks

This Role Is NOT For

Freelancers looking for hourly work

People who need everything defined in advance

Profiles only interested in UI or frontend polish

Anyone who is not comfortable with early-stage uncertainty

Compensation & Structure

Founder-level equity (up to 5%)

Vesting with cliff (standard startup structure)

No salary until funding (transparent from day one)
