This role is core to solving that.

Role Overview

This is a Founding Team role, not a styling or creative job.

You will own what products we take from brands and why — deciding which SKUs, designs, sizes, and fits should be offered for home trials to maximise conversion and minimise returns.

You’ll work directly with the founder, operations, and brands to build a data-driven merchandising engine from scratch.
