JOB DUTIES:


  • The role will be a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Mapleton Foundry and Machine Shop.

  • Responsbile for leadership over manufacturing engineering team consists of up to eight direct reports including manufacturing engineers and production non-traditional roles.

  • Accountable for value stream goals and alignment with operations on people, quality, velocity, and cost targets for full value stream foundry and machine shop.

  • Responsible for actively recruiting and continuing to build a strong performing team.

  • Continuous improvement project leadership.



BASIC REQUIREMENTS:


  • Requires analytical ability as well as excellent oral and written communications skills.
