Job Description
The Financial Manager – Overhead & MGS Cost Allocation is responsible for planning, monitoring & optimizing the central OHD MGS cost as well as the charge back / allocation cost of MGS to segments. This role ensures strong cost governance, financial transparency, and equitable cost allocation while supporting operational leaders with data-driven financial insights. The position plays a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, chargeback execution, and continuous improvement initiatives across shared service functions.
Financial Planning & Analysis
+ Lead the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning processes for MGS overhead expenses.
+ Develop and maintain detailed cost models for indirect expenses including labor, facilities, IT, vendors, and shared services.
+ Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast; provide clear explanations and corrective actions.
