Role: Manager FP&A Department: Finance Location: Bangalore Electronic City, Phase 2 Work Mode: Work from Office (5 days a week) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to strengthen our Finance function. The role will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should bring strong financial acumen, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to partner with business teams in a service-industry environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly MIS, including variance analysis and management dashboards. Own the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process; track performance against budget and highlight key risks and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support decision-making by senior management. Financial Reporting &Compliance Compile and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data and reports. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and other financial reviews. Business Partnering Work closely with Operations, Business Development, HR, and other departments to understand business drivers and financial implications. Support pricing, cost optimization, profitability analysis, and project-level financial reviews where required. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, bankers, insurance brokers, and other professional advisors. Act as a key point of contact for finance-related information and discussions with external stakeholders. Systems & Processes Work hands-on with accounting systems, primarily Tally, to ensure proper accounting and reporting. Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory 45 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the service industry Strong understanding of: o Financial statements o Budgeting & forecasting o MIS and management reporting o Core accounting and financial concepts Hands-on experience with Tally and good working knowledge of MS Excel Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Business-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week, based out of Electronic City, Phase 2, Bangalore

Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory 4–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the service industry Strong understanding of: o Financial statements o Budgeting & forecasting o MIS and management reporting o Core accounting and financial concepts Hands-on experience with Tally and good working knowledge of MS Excel Strong coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with ability to see the bigger picture Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Business-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week, based out of Electronic City, Phase 2, Bangalore
