Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Identify opportunities to enhance margin and profitability across regions in close partnership with FP Sales teams.Deliver transparency on where profitability is gained or lost across customers, product lines, and transactions.Analyse CM1 and CM2 margins and develop tracking mechanisms that highlight risk and opportunity.Provide pricing and margin insight for both new business opportunities and existing customer portfolios.Support commercial performance monitoring, identifying variances vs. budgets and supporting corrective action plans.Strengthen commercial margin enhancement capabilities across FP in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.Drive best practices in margin enhancement and commercial processes.Streamline FP Commercial reporting and proactively deliver insights to senior leadership up to B...
