Responsible for internal budgeting, monitoring all financial postings, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of management reporting. This role ensures the organisation has reliable financial data for decision‑making and budget control, with a focus on internal financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of departmental budgets and the overall group budget.
• Monitor all postings across the finance function to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper allocation.
• Perform regular variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc management reporting is accurate and delivered on time.
• Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Maintain and improve budgeting and reporting templates, tools, and processes.
