Job Description
- Support regular business analysis and allow deeper monitoring of the operational and financial activity of Concentrix operations in Portugal.
- Coordinate bi-monthly business reviews for Key Accounts in order to promote better and deeper knowledge of those account.
- Support the controlling tasks of the Housing rent costs (rooms 'rents for agents) in coordination with third parties and prepare monthly reports to Senior Management Controller and CFO;
- Regular monitorization of the recruitment costs, to ensure deeper cost monitorization while linking the evolution of investment with attrition, absenteeism and market conditions. Elaborate reports to give visibility on the monthly return on the investment done.
- Support on the costing and pricing tool´s update in order to guarantee higher accuracy.
