Job Description

Overview

This role manages finances across APAC, supports month‑end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and provides financial insights to leadership, P&L reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly closing, budgeting and quarterly forecasts with clear variance explanations.
  • Use planning and reporting systems to build forecasts and analyze trends.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage cost projections.
  • Review actuals vs. forecasts to highlight variances and cost‑saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
  • Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Skilled in BI dashboard creation (Power BI/Tableau).
