Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for an experienced FP&A and Book Closure professional. The role requires a strong command of financial planning processes, analytical review, and end‑to‑end book closure activities. You will be responsible for preparing detailed financial plans, evaluating business performance, and driving planning cycles in coordination with cross-functional teams. In addition, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.

The position involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial governance, and uphold best practices across all reporting and compliance workflows.
